Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from Guangzhou, China.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only to destinations available for selection at checkout. If your destination is not listed, contact us before placing an order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally require 2–5 business days for processing. Delivery estimates vary by destination and shipping method and begin after dispatch. The estimate shown at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Remote-area or special-handling charges may apply if disclosed before dispatch.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

Unless the selected shipping method is marked "Duties Included," the recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, and customs charges.

How can I track my order?

We will email a tracking number after dispatch. Tracking may take several business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact qitinghaogj@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders may be changed or cancelled before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

Can tea be returned?

Unopened and unused tea in its original sealed packaging may be eligible for return if requested within 14 days after delivery. Opened tea cannot normally be returned for food-safety reasons unless it is damaged, defective, contaminated, or materially different from the item ordered.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days after delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and affected product. Keep all packaging until our review is complete.

How will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We normally initiate the refund within 5–10 business days, but the payment provider or bank may require additional time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by destination.

Is your tea caffeinated?

Most traditional teas made from Camellia sinensis naturally contain caffeine. The amount varies by tea type, serving size, water temperature, and steeping time.

How should I store tea?

Keep tea sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and strong odors. Follow any product-specific instructions on the packaging or product page.
